She’s gone from battling demons to having babies, and now everyone’s favorite vampire slayer is the proud mom of a four-year-old daughter and a son who is one and a half. Sarah Michelle Gellar’s maternity style evolved through her pregnancies, and with a toddler in tow, we often saw her in dresses, leggings and flowing tops when she was pregnant with her son.
Sarah was spotted wearing a lot of white throughout both of her pregnancies. I’m also a huge fan of neutrals because you can pair them with colorful accessories.
As we head into spring, you will find a great selection of white, cream and neutral tops and dresses. A perfect white tee is a great investment, and this white cowl top from HATCH Collection is the perfect choice.
If you’re more comfortable in dresses, this maternity dress with lace detail from ASOS is casual enough to be worn to run errands during the day, but it could also be dressed up for a night on the town. Plus, it’s now on sale!
This white maternity tank, also from ASOS, would be great for layering under a cardigan or a blazer, and the double scallop adds a touch of elegance.
Sarah also did a great job of incorporating cute layers into her maternity wardrobe. We saw her in a lot of fun jackets, cardigans and, of course, the essential denim jacket. Try adding layers to put the finishing touch on your outfit.
Here are a few of my favorite layering pieces to take you through early spring. Old Navy’s gray maternity cardigan is so versatile. Try wearing it over jeans and your favorite tee or even a maxi dress.
This black blazer from HATCH Collection will make even the most casual outfit look more polished.
For maximum comfort without sacrificing style, wear this gray textured maternity cardigan from ASOS over your favorite leggings.
A denim jacket is a must! I’m loving this classic denim jacket from Gap.
