Giveaway: Newport Cottages Devon Crib and Changer

Have you heard the news? I’m expecting a baby—a baby boy is due any day now! Since I work for Project Nursery, my nursery was the first thing I started planning. After all, I have to keep up with our talented readers! For my daughter’s nursery, we played it safe and went with a traditional pink and brown, so this time I wanted to shake things up!

Once I found out I was pregnant, I quickly put Melisa and Pam’s design minds to work to start helping me draft ideas. Our starting point for the nursery was the Bahama Blue Crib and Changer from Newport Cottages. You might remember these pieces from our display at Big City Moms last spring in San Francisco. Isn’t the collection stunning?

During the design process, we must have changed the design at least five times. We started with the idea of a beach-themed nursery and then moved on to nautical before finally landing on a nursery inspired by every kid’s favorite place—the park! The bold and beautiful colors of the furniture pieces drove the design and played a large role in our selection process. Ready to see a sneak peek of the room? Here is the first look at the design board for my nursery.

One very lucky reader will win the Devon Crib and Changer in Bahama Blue from Newport Cottages. All you have to do is show us how you would design a nursery featuring these fabulous pieces!

WIN IT! Create a pinboard titled “Newport Cottages – Bahama Blue” and re-pin the crib and changer featured in this post. Then pin a minimum of 8 items you would pair with the furniture pieces. Each board must contain a minimum of 10 pins. Are you up for the challenge? We can’t wait to see your designs!
