My son spent some time in the NICU before we were able to bring him home, and the first book we ever read him was Where the Wild Things Are. Sitting next to his isolette and dreaming about the day we got to take home our own little Wild Thing is a memory that will always be with me, and the book is now proudly displayed in his nursery!
