Pam and Melisa have been sharing their design wisdom over at HGTV.com with great nursery ideas. They spotlighted many rooms from our gallery to help illustrate their tips. Make sure you check out all three slideshows.

Their Top Bedroom Trends slideshow is filled with great inspiration for what’s popular in kids’ rooms right now.

The room in the first photo is so neat and nice. It is a total space-saver, with all those shelves, drawers and other storage units.

  • Frauline Melfi

Yes, Jasmine C., that first room is totally awesome. I would change the colors, though. But it’s so nice to have a bed with built-in storage spaces.

  • Shai Virtuso

I agree Jasmine and Frauline, but I wonder how long you can keep the room like this. I mean, until what age will the kids like an upper bed? Will they still be able to use when they’re already young teenagers?

  • MarissaS

It’s the second room that got my eye. I like the subtle and basic shades or colors used and the simple and modern furniture pieces.
