Set Your Room a-Glo with Boon

Are you looking for just the right lamp for your modern nursery? How about Boon’s out-of-this-world Glo lamp? Its sleek design can go super space-agey or can even resemble a flowering plant. I think it just depends on the decor around it. You can even change the color of the light it emits.

Boon Glo Lamp

My favorite feature? The orbs are removable! The phosphorescent balls react in the same way that those glow-in-the-dark stars we used to stick to our ceilings do. So the orbs “charge” while the lamp is on, and then when you turn the light off, the glow-in-the-dark orbs will slowly fade after about thirty minutes. If your child is especially afraid of the dark, the orbs can even be moved into bed with them or onto a nightstand. They are completely cool and have no electrical elements.

Boon Glo Lamp

I imagine all sorts of adventures for these orbs during playtime as well—hidden under the bed to be discovered in a treasure hunt, brought into a blanketed fort—charge them up, and your child’s imagination is the limit.

The lamp has a slider on the bottom that allows you to set the light to your favorite color or to allow it to rotate from color to color. The slider is so precise that you can move along the color gradient and get a wide variety of shades in between the six that you see below. It can also be set to plain white light.

I love this lamp and I don't even have one. It is very innovative and I would love one for my nursery.

I've never been a lamps kind of girl, but I just can't help letting out a few "oohs" upon seeing this. I just love everything about this lamp: the form, the size, the colors, and the fact that the orbs can be removed!
