ABC Kids Expo 2012: Louisville Edition, Part 5

It’s been a week since we returned from the ABC Kids Expo, but we are all still buzzing about the amazing products previewed at the show. We are almost done wrapping up our coverage, but before we do, we have a couple more fabulous finds we are excited to share with our readers.

The morning of our second day, we had the opportunity to spend a little time with Mary Bauer of Bratt Décor. As expected, their glamorous line dazzled us by bringing style and glamor to a new level.

We were able to get an up close and personal view of the fan favorite Venetian Crib, which has been spotted several times in the Project Nursery Gallery.

This heirloom quality crib is the newest addition to the Bratt Decor family; it adapts from baby bassinet to full size crib!

Next up was New Arrivals. We immediately fell in love with their newly released bedding collection, which Andrika posted about a few weeks ago, and their wall décor. Their new line of wall décor takes the traditional wall letter and dresses them up with a designer flare.

Needless to say, their bedding line did not disappoint. The Indigo Summer bedding line has an ethic influence, and the mix of bold and muted colors made for the perfect combination.

The Picket Fence collection also caught our eye. It has a soft, feminine touch, but the gray and blue color scheme make this line perfect for a gender neutral room.

As we made our way through the expo, we were able to spot the Caden Lane booth from a mile away. Famous for their mix-and-match style, this season, Caden Lane is taking it up a notch. Their 2012 collection has an eclectic style and is exploding with color.

These bold and beautiful, personalized wall prints are the newest member of the Caden Lane collection.

Near the end of the day, we got to spend some time in my favorite department—accessories. Pink Lining, a London-based company, well known for its signature “Yummy Mummy” diaper bag with its stunning pink lining is finally available on this side of the pond.

We got a sneak peek at their new Rosebud line. This line offers competitive pricing without sacrificing style. The Rosebud bags are available in two fab designs—the hobo and messenger bag. Both designs include zip pockets and pouches inside, plus two insulated bottle holders on the outside of the bag.

Trumpette’s line is always on the cutting edge of fashion, and this year was no different. The Schleppbags collection stopped us in our tracks. Their hip style and sequin bling had me once again saying, “I need that!”

Pediped, our final stop of the day, introduced more than 80 new styles and color combinations with their Fall/Winter line. Following the trends of fashion, they broadened their style with a mix of textures, including metallic glitter, patent leather and suede. They are also expanding their line up to 1.5-2 youth size due to high customer demand.

And lastly, we popped in to visit our partners Nojo to see their latest endeavor, a mesh crib bumper option. We’ll be dishing more on the blog about the future of the bumper later because we know it’s on the minds of parents across the country. Nojo also added a new contemporary pattern to their collection as well as a yellow and gray set that got our approval.

I am so digging the New Arrivals wall decor. And stuff from Picket Fence look interesting, too. And oh, the Pediped shoes are so cute. And that heirloom bassinet crib from Bratt Decor, as well. Waaah, everything just looks pretty!!!
