Gallery Round Up: Things that go “Poof!”

Call them fluffy, textured, or a ball of fun. The trend for poofy decor and food is a crowd favorite in the kids’ party scene. Here are some of my favorites from the Project Gallery.

Amazing what some tissue paper and a pair of scissors can do! Harper’s Vintage Schoolhouse Party was recently featured as a Project of the Week in our newsletter!

At this Little Miss Butterfly Party the popular party pom made its debut as an adorable blossom.

Sometimes a cake just wants to be chocolate… Make up for lost color by adding a circle of rainbow poofs like seen here in a Rainbow 1st Birthday.

You’ll need a party napkin after taking a poofy bite from  Samuel’s 2nd Birthday cupcakes!

Let’s not forget the original party poof… cotton candy! This Modern Teen Birthday plays up the spun sugar with a metallic cupcake liner.

For more inspiration upload to our Project Gallery. Is this a trend you’ll be RSVPing to? Tell us by commenting below!

I love how pompoms add a feminine touch to anything. You can do a gray-colored nursery and it will still end up being feminine if you add a pompom to it. And Andrea is right. It's easy to make, it adds color, it adds texture, and most of all, it's cheap!

YES! We made animal print poofs for our friends baby shower and they added so much impact for so little money and so little work compared to something else that big and bold!

Yes, poofy decor or fluffy pompoms are the trend these days. It's because they are easy to make, they add color and texture to any room or any party.
