I actually cut the scallop circles from my cricut (what a time saver!) and then had my kids fold the flowers! We used a glue gun and glue stick instead of sticky tape (faster I think) and my friends 9 year old even helped us with this step. We took it one step further though and added a tie of tulle inbetween each ball. SUPER cute! I love the idea of using as a room accent...might have to do that for my boys room but in stars!
