Giveaway: The TomKat Studio “Perfect Match” Announcements

Our favorite crafty contributor Kim Stoegbauer is up to some exciting new endeavors over at The TomKat Studio. First, she developed a line of DIY printables for everyone’s beloved cupcake toppers and more. Then she started work on providing the goods for her popular DIY frames. And now? Well, we think her passion for stationery coupled with nursery design is yet another recipe for success. Kim’s new line of “Perfect Match” birth announcements is just the perfect feature for us over here at Project Nursery. And even better, she’s agreed to give a custom set away!

I was recently contacted by a local mommy-to-be, Kim to custom design her baby announcements to match her daughter’s nursery. What a great idea! I’ve created baby shower invitations and décor to match the baby’s room, but not the actual birth announcements! Kim was planning ahead and brought me samples of the custom designed bedding fabric for inspiration. I pulled out the colors and flower design to incorporate in the design. We finalized the design prior to little miss Avery’s arrival! Once she was ready for her close-up, a professional photographer took these gorgeous photos of her, and her darling room! A new concept for The TomKat Studio was born ~ Perfect Match Baby Announcements!

Soon after, I was referred by another fabulous photographer to first time mom-to-be of twins, Ashlee. She was open to ideas for her twins’ announcements, and after talking with the photographer about their custom designed nursery, I suggested that we match the announcement to room! Ashlee loved the idea, and I came up with several designs incorporating the black and white with pops of dark pink & blue.
