Love this! Did you paint the canvas with the same paint you used for the wall? Or did you use a different type of paint in the same shade?

No I didn’t paint them. hmm… Spray adhesive may work. I guess I have nothing to lose!

Did you paint the canvas? I used a flat wall paint and then burnished them on to the surface. Mine have been up for over 5 months and no signs of peeling. You could also try a spray adhesive.

Hi! I loved this idea so I created it in our nursery too! One question, some of my decals are not sticking to the canvas. They held for a few days and now are coming off. Any thoughts on what I can use to get them to stick? Thanks!

Thanks for the great idea! It looks amazing. I have the bedding set that matches those decals, so I think I will do something similar for my daughter’s room. What a great way to make some inexpensive decals have that extra touch.

Aww! So cute! I’ve been going back and forth looking for nursery bedding for our 2nd little guy due in January and I keep going to the owl, nature theme! Just a quick question: Where did you get the canvas? Did you get them at Michael? Did you have to get specific measurements?
