If all goes according to plan, Nikki Baxendale will be giving birth this morning and bringing home identical twin girls to this gorgeous butterfly inspired nursery that makes out hearts flutter!
Friend Margot Miller submitted gorgeous photos of Nikki’s nursery because it was so good, she had to share. We are delighted that Margot got the scoop for us…
The butterfly mobile taking center stage is from Potterybarn Kids. We’ve eyed that piece for months in the catalog and are thrilled to see it in a real room looking fab. The clever 3-d florals from Urban Outfitters and hanging vase from CB2 are affordable and fantastic.
Nikki used two vinyl wall decal colors from the ultra hip Blick. And if you caught yesterday’s Project Nursery post, you’ll notice the Netto Collection crib. Restoration Hardware’s “Silver Sage” paint creates a subtle elegance. (It also happens to be a favorite color of ours.) We just love seeing it in a nursery! Sick of pink like some? Finally, lavender and it compliments the room beautifully.
Best wishes Nikki! And thanks again Margot. We look forward to an update. (Psst…find out if her 13 month old son’s room is just as cool).

Congratulations! ??❤️ I was wondering where to find the paint color in the room. It's stunning and beautiful with lavenders/purple. Thank you in advance. trish_lilmom@hotmail.com

Just Beautiful!!!! Question - can you tell me where you found the brushed silver butterfly lamp next to the crib? Thank you for the inspiration.

Cute! Where did she get the curtains? Those are exactly what I'm looking for!
