How to:

1. 11″x14″ pre-matted picture frames (I found these on clearance at Home Goods for $6.99 each)

2. Wallpaper, fabric samples, or a fun postcard (here I used a wallpaper sample)

Tres Chic! Pretty as can be wall art for your sophisticated little lady.
